BIG GAME TEAM lottery syndicate rules/terms & conditions.

1, By entering the syndicate we are all entering into a legally binding contract. The same rules that would apply to anyone starting a syndicate at work with colleagues, or within a family, or circle of friends. Info on UK national lottery syndicates from Camelot can be found CLICK HERE.

2, Any winnings in a given game that equate to a pay out to each syndicate member of less the £100.00 will be kept until the next either rollover lottery game, or a guaranteed lottery game with a payout of ten million pounds or more. This is to increase our chances of winning on the next big game and to reduce the administrative cost of running the syndicate. Any winning thus generated will be shared between the current members of the syndicate.

3, Lottery Winnings will be shared out dependant upon each syndicate members stake: For example buying two lottery tickets will result in twice the payout to that syndicate member, as a member who buys only one lottery ticket.

4, The winning tickets will be presented to Camelot within 2 months of a given draw and with the checkbox ticked for no publicity. I don't want to draw any press or public attention to myself and in the same light I will not divulge any of your information to anyone else. For the same reason, my aim is that any winnings will be distributed within 2 months of claiming the prize.

5, As a member of the syndicate you will have access to a forum on this site of all the other members of the syndicate, misuse of this forum will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the syndicate and forfeit of any winnings. This abuse is common sense, no racial, sexual or discriminatory postings or divulging any personal information about a member to any third party. We are all in this together

6, I will of course be held legally completely liable for any and all the winnings, except for acts of god and forces beyond my reasonable control. For example if on the way to put the tickets on I have an accident or I am run over by a car and cannot put the tickets on: in that case those funds will be placed on the next UK national lottery draw. As members of the syndicate you have the right to vote for another member (which could be yourself) to come with me once a month as proof that the tickets are being bought and the lottery syndicate is genuine.

7, You must be a member and agree to all the terms & conditions of the syndicate. The agreement date, the date at which each person becomes a member of the syndicate is the date that cleared funds appear in the syndicate account ready and the next tickets purchased. Failure to make a payment results in immediate loss of syndicate member status. The Inland revenue will allow me to forward winnings only to lottery syndicate members, anyone else (i.e. non members) may be liable to capital gains tax.
